At Rope Access Equip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical fashion and gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
